Pricing information and additional services  

The rental price includes:  

• The rental of the fully equipped cottage

• Bathroom linen (1 towel and 1 bath towel per person)

• Bed linen (drawsheets, sheets, pillows, duvets and duvet covers )

• kitchen towels

• Unlimited access to the pool, table football and ping-pong table  

• Water, gas, electricity and air conditioning

• Tourist taxes  

The rental price does not include:  ​

• End of stay cleaning €80

• Breakfast at 8€/pers (served in the common room in the center of the domain)

Booking terms and conditions

• Rentals in high season (from 02/07/2022 to 03/09/2022) are for a minimum of 7 days. Outside this period, rentals are for a minimum of 2 nights.

• Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures no later than 10 a.m.

• The reservation and the payment of the rental are made by bank transfer. For all other means of payment, please contact us.

• Possibility of cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival by registered letter free of charge with reimbursement of the full amount paid. Outside this period no reimbursement by the owner.

• An inventory will be made on your arrival and an exit report on the day of departure.

• The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him. It is therefore required to be insured by an insurance contract.  

• The swimming pool is  shared with the occupants of the other lodgings of the domain. Swimming is unsupervised, therefore under the responsibility of the parents. It is secured by a code alarm which will be given to you on your arrival.  

• Our animal friends are not accepted.

• The beaches of the swimming pool, the common room as well as all our lodgings are non-smoking. Ashtrays are however available for outdoor use.

• If the number of people exceeds the maximum capacity of the gîte, the owner can refuse the additional people.

• The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the site and make good use of it.

• The tenant's commitment at the end of the stay: return the gîte cleaned (if the cleaning option has not been taken out), put all the furniture in order as it was found on entering, clean and put away the dishes, unpack and collect bed linen and towels and report any damage or breakage.
